Candlelight Simply Sound and More
Simply Sound uses a variety of sounds with various musical instruments in order to create a relaxing, meditative experience. Christy is a life-long musician who seeks to create an environment that offers participants a space to unplug and restore a sense of harmony and balance to mind and body balance.

Candlelight Sound with Reiki
You'll be able to sit or lie down in a comfortable position while Christy Williamson plays singing bowls, guitar, drums, rattles, chimes, and other instruments. Reiki Master Karen Sonnenwald will provide Reiki to all participants.

Intuitive Art Class
Join local artist Consie Sindet for a mindful, creative practice that is, at its heart, a journey into self-acceptance.
As we start 2025, let’s create a pretty zine (a folded booklet) to hold 12 months of intentions, goals &/or reflections. We will use watercolor, stenciling, and stamps to make your unique patterned paper that we will fold into the booklet. This is beginner-friendly and all supplies are included!

Restorative Bliss Yoga
Sink into a practice of supported restorative postures that allow the body to release tension and stress. Guided breath work encourages both the mind and body to let go and just be. Leave feeling calm, collected, and ready for the weekend!

Deep Calm Yoga
Enjoy a calm and quiet environment during this Yin / Restorative Blend Yoga Class. During the first 30 minutes of class, slow-paced movement provide deep and supportive stretching, where poses are held 2-5 minutes. For the last 30 minutes of class, students will practice 3 restorative poses for 10 minutes each. All poses will offer the opportunity to connect your physical body to your breath and to your emotions and instill deep calm in every layer.
Props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, and bands are used for additional support throughout the class.

Need a stretch but don't want to sit on the floor? Chair Yoga is great for people who have limited mobility for any reason. Standing poses are optional.

Yoga for Any Body
Move and breathe at your own pace.
Bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities welcome. Appropriate for beginners. Class usually begins on the floor, includes standing poses and movements in the middle, and returns to the floor at the end of class. The focus is on stress relief and soothing the nervous system.

Specialty Class: From the Ground Up with Lynne
In this special class, you'll learn how to set a strong, steady, and balanced foundation to support your yoga practice. We'll start by looking at the alignment of the feet and legs, then do some easy exercises to get you grounded. From there we'll break down a series of basic standing postures from the feet first.
This is an interactive class that is suitable for all levels of experience. The only requirement is that you can stand up! Bring a smile and a sense of inquiry and playfulness.
Lynne has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years, and she is looking forward to sharing this practice with you!

Tai Chi and Qigong
TAI CHI (Taijiquan)
Practiced by millions of people worldwide, Tai Chi is a system of training with martial origins which has steadily gained popularity in the West. Tai Chi is an excellent mind/body exercise, integrating internal kung fu, meditative awareness, Taoist philosophy and physics of efficient movement. Consisting of a series of movements and steps, it is practiced slowly, with attention to relaxation and calm spirit.Scientifically verified benefits:

Literally, the study and practice of energy development, Qigong claims similar benefits as Tai Chi. The movements are somewhat less complicated than Tai Chi, and some of the training takes place while the participants are standing still (sometimes known as Standing Meditation). Many students enjoy practicing Qigong as a supplement to their Tai Chi training.Weather-permitting, these classes will be held outside. Meet at the studio first!

Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga is the middle ground between Yoga for Any Body and Vinyasa Flow. This slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the poses while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm.

Strength-Balance-Flexibility
In this class we'll spend an equal amount of time on three aspects of our yoga practice. Use your bodyweight to build strength. Light hand weights are optional for those who want a little more challenge. See what happens when you focus on breathing while standing on one foot. Move into some basic stretches and watch your body open and create more space. Suitable for all levels of experience. Beginners are welcome!

Vin-Yin Yoga
Vin-Yin combines the dynamic practice of Vinyasa Yoga with the deep stretch of Yin Yoga! Vinyasa yoga focuses on the lengthening and strengthening of the muscles while Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This is indeed a "happy hour" for your body!

Vinyasa Flow / Move Your Asana / Rise and Flow
These active, all-level classes emphasize connecting breath with movement, encompassing sun salutations and warrior sequences. You will sweat! A basic knowledge of yoga is helpful, and participants should be able to move down to and up from the floor many times in an hour.

Specialty Class: 108 Sun Salutations and Intention Setting
You're invited into a symbolic and spiritual practice that will help you release the past and set intentions for the new year. The class will flow through 108 variations of Sun Salutation A at a medium pace. There will be a break halfway through and an extended rest time at the end. You are encouraged to honor your body and your practice at all times.

Power Sculpt Yoga
Power yoga meets strength training in this class which combines faster-paced Vinyasa Flow Yoga with power poses and additional non-yoga cardio.
Light 1-5 pound weights are available for extra strength-building.
Prerequisite: At least 4 Vinyasa Flow, Move Your Asana, or Rise and Flow classes.
Wednesdays
