Buy your pass and book classes
Visit https://studiobookingonline.com/pendletonyogacenter/classes.html to make an account. You will need to buy a pass or package BEFORE signing up for a class.
Arrive to thrive
All classes require registration AT LEAST 2 HOURS before class. Classes at 9 a.m. or earlier require registration by 9 p.m. the night before.
Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class to find parking, check in, and get settled.
The door is locked at class time. We lock the door to insure the safety and peaceful enjoyment of everyone in class. We cannot unlock the door for late entry.
Go with the flow
Once you are settled in your class, focus on YOUR practice. It doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing in their practice space.
Also, gas happens. It is a normal response to moving the body.

Will my class pass expire?
All passes have an expiration date. It is your responsibility to know when your pass expires.
To check your pass expiration date, log in to your StudioBooking account, and select your name in the upper right corner. Choose My Balance, and you’ll see your pass and the “Expiry Date.”
Alternatively, open the StudioBookings app and choose the person icon. You’ll find your pass’ expiration date under Purchase History.

Can I get an extension on my pass?
With the exception of the 1-month unlimited pass, we can extend multi-credit passes once for illness or extended travel. We are unable to extend 1-month unlimited passes.
Autorenew monthly passes can be paused twice per year for illness or extended travel.

How do I cancel a class booking?
If you need to cancel your class registration, log in to your StudioBookings account at https://studiobookingonline.com/pendletonyogacenter. Choose MySchedule and cancel your enrollment in the class or workshop.
Alternatively, open the StudioBookings app and find the class or workshop. Tap on the Booked button, and the system will ask if you wish to cancel your enrollment.
Please note: If you un-enroll in a class outside the 2-hour cancellation window, you will lose your credits for that class.Having trouble? Please call or text us at 864-502-8678.

I can't use my class pass. Can I get a refund?
We are able to extend multi-credit passes once for illness or extended travel. If that doesn’t work for you, we can transfer your remaining credits to a friend or family member.
We are unable to offer refunds.

I am under 18. Can I attend classes?
Yes! If you are 16 or older, you may attend classes on your own. A legal guardian must sign a liability waiver before you come to your first class. Please email welcome@pendletonyogacenter.com for a printable waiver.
